GFDA MEMBER BENEFIT
While nothing compares to our in-person events, where attendees can earn Continuing Education hours and build a valuable statewide network of industry peers, GFDA is aware not all funeral staff can step away from the funeral home to attend our events held across the state. We have partnered with Continuing Vision for a NEW MEMBER BENEFIT. This partnership allows us to provide you and your staff opportunities to earn Continuing Education Hours and GFDA Members receive discounted registration fees. The webinars we share are approved by the Georgia State Board of Funeral Service.

Continuing Education Reminder
As a reminder, the Georgia State Board of Funeral Service has changed its Continuing Education requirements. The hours required biennially have not changed, however, the Board now requires that at least five (5) hours of the total ten (10) hours required be obtained in-person or via live webinar that is instructor led with student interaction, where student participation is monitored and verified.

Do you have a program or presentation designed to help funeral directors serve their families and run their business? Answer our Call for Presentations.
