EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY - ADOPTED EMERGENCY RULE

Below is a copy of the adopted Emergency Rule concerning the embalming and funeral services for COVID-19 remains. This rule has been filed with Legislative Services Agency and is effective immediately.

This rule will expire on December 5, 2020.
