  • All exhibitors, attendees, and mortuary students are required to register, whether in advance or on-site. Summit badges will be required for all events and meals.
  • Fully completed forms are required for all registrations. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Forms are not accepted by phone or text.
  • Pay attention to payment instructions and deadlines. Fees will increase over time, & for on-site registration. Payment is expected prior to the event.
  • All registrations are processed in the order they are received. Allow for processing time before contacting our office. Confirmation emails will be sent.
  • For discounted Member rates, 2026 membership dues must be current. Separate forms, fees, and payments are required for Membership and Summit Registration. Visit HERE for our 2026 Membership Form.
  • Dietary restrictions/needs must be sent with your registration so arrangements may be made with venue catering prior to the event.
