Dennis L. Dollar, age 50 of Atlanta passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. 

He was born in Columbus, GA and was the son of Jimmy T. and  Sandra L. Dollar. Dennis attended Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service and has been active in funeral service for over 30 years most recently   employed with  A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home in Decatur GA. In addition to his parents  he is survived by his wife, Teresita Dollar; 2 daughters, Kelsi E. Dollar and Kyra E. Dollar; 2 step sons, Mario Axel Contreras and Julio Contreras; sister, Kimberly Reuter.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, October 2, 2016 from the Chapel of the Clark Funeral Home in Hawkinsville, Ga. Burial will follow in Hawkinsville. 

The family will receive friends from 1-3 on Sunday at the Clark Funeral Home. There will also be a visitation held Friday evening 6-8 pm at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home in Decatur Ga.
